Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your Order ID. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it and initiate the refund.

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Rajwadi Spices reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment verification issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or any unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund (if applicable) will be processed.
